AlBreimi was a member of the consortium that have participated in the submission for the qualification of companies in the MUTLAA CITY INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY.

The consortium was among the companies that were qualified.

Target Activity: Showrooms, retail, storage and labor camps.

Location: Al Mutlaa City.

Land Area: 250,043.95 m2

Benefit Period: 33 years including the term of construction and the term of lease.

Estimated Value: Around 79.1 M (KWD)
